Can you spend 30 minutes a day, 3 times per week to improve the quality of your life? We invite all our female members to exercise in an environment designed especially for women that can give you all the results your looking for in a program.

The “Maverick Express” is the newest program here at the club that provides our female membership an experience in a private women’s only facility. This workout will allow you to get a complete aerobic and strength training workout in just half an hour. The program is a 30 minute routine set to music and built around easy-to-learn hydraulic resistance machines, so there are no cumbersome weight stacks to change or manage. Many of our members already say that their time at the Maverick Express is the fastest 30 minutes of their week. The laughter, conversation and sense of support you see during the workout is different from any other workout or health club.

During the workout you will push then pull, rather than lift and lower weights. This reduces the potential risks associated with soreness and injury. Once you complete one exercise on a machine, you will move to an aerobic station where you will perform a variety of different exercises that will keep your heart rate at the optimal level for fat burning. You can walk, jog, run, or march before moving to the next machine.

By using this type of equipment women can maintain bone density and fight osteoporosis while losing inches and toning up faster without muscle soreness or intimidation. Members may come and use the facility during regular club hours but we have scheduled times for orientation that all members must go through before attempting the program on their own. We encourage our female members to try it as well as bring a friend for a very unique experience in fitness.
